Objective: To secure the agreed-upon time slot for both the client and the artist.
Details: To book an appointment, a non-refundable and non-transferable deposit is required under any circumstances. The deposit will be deducted from the final price of the service. Appointments can be rescheduled only once, with a minimum notice of three days before the scheduled date.
Accepted payment methods: cash, ATH Móvil, and credit/debit cards.
Client Policies
Objective: To ensure compliance with the minimum age established by Law No. 318 of October 18, 1999, and Law No. 73 of February 8, 2003.
Details: All clients must present a valid, official photo ID before any procedure.
The minimum age for tattoos is 21 years, with no exceptions.
For piercings, the minimum age is 16. Minors aged 16 and 17 may only get pierced with the written consent and presence of a parent or legal guardian.
Before each procedure, the client must sign an informed consent form.
The staff reserves the right to refuse service if a client is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, displays aggressive behavior, or disrespects any staff member present. Mutual respect is a fundamental pillar at 3 Headed Snake, and we will not tolerate any form of aggression.
Free Re-piercing Policy
Objective: To guarantee client satisfaction with their piercing and to perfect the work of the Body Piercer.
Application: This policy is valid for piercings performed at 3 Headed Snake. The free re-piercing applies when the client is not satisfied with the placement of the jewelry, meaning the jewelry placement was done at an incorrect angle or is not perfectly centered.
It does not apply to cases where the client has injured the piercing or if an infection has occurred.
It does not apply if the client changed their mind about the placement or the piercing itself.
It does not apply if the client removes the jewelry; jewelry removal must be performed by a 3 Headed Snake Body Piercer.
Details:
The client has up to fourteen (14) days after the piercing is done to claim the free re-piercing.
The client must come to 3 Headed Snake in person, where it will be assessed whether a re-piercing is applicable.
If the re-piercing policy applies, the jewelry will be removed, and the Body Piercer will sterilize it to be placed during the re-piercing.
The client must book an appointment for the re-piercing, and it must be performed within the aforementioned 14-day period.
The free re-piercing policy can be redeemed only once per piercing.
The re-piercing will be performed in the same spot as the initial piercing; it does not apply to a different piercing or a different location.
The re-piercing will be performed by the same Body Piercer who did the initial piercing.
Free Tattoo Touch-up Policy
Objective: To guarantee client satisfaction with their tattoo and to perfect the work of the Tattoo Artist.
Application: This policy is valid for tattoos done within the 3 Headed Snake facilities and performed by Tattoo Artists who work full-time at 3 Headed Snake. The free touch-up only applies when the ink was not set at the proper depth and the tattoo’s details are not clearly visible.
It does not apply if the client changed their mind about the selected design or colors.
It does not apply if the client wishes to modify the design or add details.
It does not apply if the tattoo healed slightly lighter than when it was fresh, as all tattoos lose some intensity upon healing.
It does not apply if the client did not follow the aftercare recommendations and the tattoo deteriorated as a result.
It also does not apply if the client developed an allergy, infection, condition, or illness in the tattoo area.
Details:
The client has up to thirty (30) days after the tattoo is done to claim the free touch-up.
The client must come to 3 Headed Snake in person, where it will be assessed whether the policy applies.
If the free touch-up policy applies, the client must book an appointment for the touch-up, and it must be performed within the aforementioned 30-day period.
The free touch-up policy can be redeemed only once per tattoo.
The touch-up will be done using the same colors as the initial tattoo.
The touch-up will be performed by the same Tattoo Artist who did the initial tattoo.
Hygiene and Safety Policies Objective: To ensure the safety of both the client and the artist.
Details:
All piercing equipment is sterilized in an autoclave and undergoes additional sterilization processes.
The jewelry used for piercings meets international safety standards (Implant-grade Titanium ASTM F-136 and 14Kt Gold).
The needles used in tattoos and piercings are new, sterile, and single-use for each procedure.
Workstations are rigorously disinfected before and after each client.
The staff is certified by the Puerto Rico Department of Health and follows all established health and safety protocols.
